Consumer operation datamation
We will start the new user strategy research in 2nd half year in order to get more accurate high-end consumers and expand the business for laundry on T-mall. I believe we can get some learning from this research to use in next year.
The whole research progress is to define core target group by different user-tab to get the detailed user image,then push ads by uni-desk to reach them,after that consumer leads flow back to the data bank, we need to optimize our defined consumers and ads contents by data analysis in order to improve on data result. Data analysis will be the main line to optimize contentã€advertising and so on.

5G is coming and content will move toward to more short-videos in T-mall. Consumers spend more time on videos and EC platform need more good-quality videos to raise users online stay-time and USP. So T-mall open a new content channel called “实æ‹â€ which means brand need to display different contents such as “KOL recommendâ€ï¼Œâ€œproduct function demo†to make contents become useful to consumers. More videos we create,more free public traffic that we can get from T-mall.

Condition to open å®žæ‹ channel is to open the 视频 channel first(done), then,we have to upload at least 5 videos approved by T-mall. First step, we can re-edit live streaming contents to become new ones including the function demo display,Q&A and so on,at the same time can resize the videos we have. After opening å®žæ‹ channel,T-mall require that upload at least 6 approved videos each months. More short video,more T-mall resources support.
