1. The Productivity KPI ranks 1st. Key sharing points:
(1). By fully utilizing the points dashboard, we can see which clients have adopted the offerings and who needs to follow up.
(2). To set up 1h for follow-up calls on Friday. Based on my experience, many clients are busy with their business, so we might need to give them a kind reminder, but in a soft way. Giving a call is recommended instead of WeChat message.

2. Developed a revenue recovery plan with 15 hi-op clients being selected. Key learnings from this:
(1). Criterial for choosing clients should be both revenue opportunities and the relationship between the us and the client. At the beginning, I picked a few dark accounts with high revenue opportunity, but by taking Jessica’s advise, I realized that to prioritize clients who have positive relationships with me might create more impact.
(2). To select the most valuable three clients from the list to take actions on, and then to review the results together with peers.

3. I found that many B2B clients has decreased spending.
(1). A reason for this: they are very unconfident with the political relationship between US and China.
(1). Actions: will select those with highest opportunities to suggest new markets.
