Here I’m dropping the email to recap my revenue recovery plan sharing session in last Friday. General speaking, there are two steps:
Step One: to identify your revenue gap.
Step Two: to recover your gap from:
1.Key gap contributors
2.Hi-po clients
3.Those clients who have very low budget utilization
Then, we need a revenue recovery plan to keep things on track.
Three key takeaways to formulate an impactful one:
1.To plan specific action items with targeted budget on each client
2.To set up/record products implementation dates
3.To review your plan on a weekly basis
