During our responsibilities are not clear made that situation last a few weeks. There are two person in charge of purchase order to our factory and make the contract for customer. One day, the guy purchase the order to the factory for 3 customers, so we have to delivery the goods to different address. Although one of the guy mixing the address make our customer receive wrong goods. Our customers are very angry… Next part, Our boss calls them to the conference room to explain that mistake. The two person being to pass the buck and they don’t think they are wrong. They complain their jobs are busy and they can’t work together… I think the problem of management is so terrible. The company can’t develop good if they don’t have a good management.

One day, the guy purchased an order to the factory for 3 customers, so we had to deliver the goods to different addresses. Although one of the guys mixed the addresses up, which made our customer receive the wrong goods. Our customers were very angry… Next part, Our boss called them into the conference room to explain their mistake. The two of them passed the buck / didn’t take responsibility / blamed someone else as they don’t think they were in the wrong / they were at fault. They complained that their jobs are busy and they can’t work together… I think that management problems are so terrible. The company can’t develop well if they don’t have a good management team.
