I have joined this company for 3 years. We had only two employees from the beginning until now we have 13 employees, but we are belong to one department “business departmentâ€. More people, more things. I always confused why we just have one department?

Terrible things that our position is not clear and responsibilities are not clear. This leads to low productivity. Employees pass the buck to each other. These conditions are getting worse.

My opinion is that we need to have an organizational chart, clear job responsibilities. Establish standard process and system.

I want to work in a process environment and efficiency will be improved in the future, maybe it likes Toyota in Japan.

I have been in this company for 3 years now, and originally we had only two employees in the beginning, and now we have 13 employees, but we all belong to one department called “business departmentâ€. More people, more things but I have always been confused – why do we just have one department?

One terrible things is that our positions are not clear and our responsibilities are not clear / that both our positions and responsibilities are not clear. This leads to low productivity with employees passing the buck to each other, and these conditions are only getting worse.

My opinion is that we need to have an organizational chart, with clear job responsibilities, and that we need to establish standard processes, procedures and a system.

I want to work in a process driven environment with improved efficiency in the future, maybe in a company like Toyota in Japan.
