HL provides storage services for the local customers to keep their personal stuff. The client has 9 stores across Hong Kong. The local house prices have been remaining in a very high level for many years, and residential especially those young adults usually have limited living areas. Thus they have to storage their personal stuff like clothes, shoes, and toys in somewhere else. HL offers clean and reliable boxes for customers. They put the safety issue as a priority. All the layouts in their storage houses are in line with the Hong Kong government’s safety requirements.
During the time when HKFSL got the account back, they were struggling in lifting the revenue up due to COVID-19. Thus, before Google reached out to them, HL had been observing a 20% decline in the revenue contributed by new business from Dec 2019 to Feb 2020.
The CEO nearly lost confidence with digital marketing when I got in touch with him, I called him 3 times and dropped a very customized Email to him and finally the first meeting was set up. In the first 1-hour meeting, I didn’t provide any solutions but tried to understand his situation as much as I can.
