I am writing this email to ask for your help about the MPC express delivery service.
Recently, we changed the store parcel storage process, to deliver the store parcel directly to the warehouse instead of HK office. But we found even though stores wrote the warehouse’s address, MPC still sent those parcels to HK office(please find the attachment 1). Informed from the HK’s colleague, it might be because we only signed a fixed price with MPC for delivering the store parcels to the HK office. If it is, could you please help to coordinate this case with PMC to allow stores delivering the parcels to the warehouse?
