All the people are looking forward to having a job which could lead to the strength of ability and the feeling of happiness. But, jobs are hard to meet both of these two expectations at same time. People are always feel stressful in daily work. The stress is may from a tough target, a mistake in job or a terrible relationship with someone. Pressure makes people hard to fall asleep, unable to enjoy food, can’t keep peace/stay calm and feel depression. People couldn’t avoid face pressure in life and couldn’t let stress ruin daily life. How to face and release pressure properly is a very important project for each person. To watch some funny shows, do some gyms or get a good sleep are all helpful advices. However, I still haven’t found an efficient way to deal with pressure quickly.

But, it is difficult for jobs to meet both of these two expectations / criteria at the same time. People are always feel stressful in their daily work. The stress may come from tough targets / strict targets, a mistake at work or a terrible / negative relationship with someone / a colleague. Pressure makes people hard to fall asleep, unable to enjoy food, can’t keep peace/stay calm and feel depression. People can’t avoid facing pressure in life and can’t let stress ruin daily life. How to face and release pressure properly is a very important project for each person. To watch some funny shows, do some exercise or get a good night sleep are all helpful pieces of advice. However, I still haven’t found an efficient way to deal with pressure quickly.
