Hi Teacher
Hope you are very well
Today is a tough for me, since my boss wanted to retend one person from my team member, per talked, he thought her passion is not enough good and her daily performance is not meet our target in last year. she didn’t provide better behaviour to prove herself recently.
I have talked with HR how to proceed this process this morning. I will formal note to her in next week, and this’s hard communication with her.
I will take part in her on-going projects now and try to take over all her tasks in short time. the feeling is very bad since we have work together over 7 years.
Suddenly I found I work in this company over 10 years, and I had to thought what can I do in next step? This is good question need to think well for me. And plan for my following life….
Improve my spoken English and get more chance in futher

Hi Teacher,

Today is a tough day for me since my boss wanted to retend (‘Re-train?’? not sure of this word) one person from my team member, per talked,. He thought her passion is not enough good and her daily performance is not meeting our targets since last year. She didn’t provide better improve her behavior to prove herself recently.
This morning I have talked with HR on how to proceed with this process this morning. I will formally write a note letter to her in next week but this is hard communicate with to her.
I will take part in her on-going projects now and try to take over all her tasks in a short time. The feeling is very bad since we have worked together for over 7 years.
Suddenly I found realized that I work in this company for over 10 years and I had stopped to thought think what can I do in my next step of life? This is good question need to think well for me that I need to think about and plan for my following next steps.
Improving my spoken English and get more chance in futher more goals accomplished are what I need to do.
