Diary entry Headhunter Story 1

It has been more than 2 months since I joined in new company. Look back the past 2 months’ working, it’s really a long story.
As a great headhunter, there are a lot of skills you need to have. Firstly, your expertise. To some extend, you need to show your professional to your client, whatever to HR or to Business leader. They would trust your candidates because they trust your professional judgement. Secondly, communication skill. There is a kind of cooperation model named retainer which needs our client to pay 50% service fee as deposit at first and let us to be the only vendor in this case. In most case, no client will accept it since there are too many vendors they can cooperate in the market. So it need us to use a lot of personal and professional communication skill to negotiate with them. Also there are many other skills maybe I can share with you next time.
