Now is on 8:41 p.m. at Saturday, the rest day, but I have already worked one day at home, which made me feel so tired.i made an annual content plan for watch editors which should be remake the figure of the collections and novelties. But the hardest point is how to express the spirit of Equestrian to our readers. But anyway, I have done it.
After checking photo shooting on site many times, I decided to change another shooting house last day. I found them by my old friend. They showed me their shooting style by face to face yesterday, i thought it’s ok for us to try. They will make the shooting concept of next theme next week, that’s so great.
It happened one thing which made me confused, and until now I can’t find a good solution. I have a closed colleague, whose name is Maggie, now is a retail assistant. She would like to apply promotion as Event executive after three-years-work in company. But she has been refused because she had no relevant experience. meanwhile, she agreed to transfer as a Marketing assistant which I did before as the first step into marketing field. BUT!! The unfair thing happened, the marketing intern will be promoted as event executive directly , just because he is the son of the one of our biggest retailers.it was unfair indeed. I don’t know should I tell Maggie this bad and unfair news or not. I think I shouldn’t say, she will understand this was not about her ability, this was about relationship between boss and retailer. Poor Girl…
Another poor thing happened to me , ahahaha, it’s also a funny story. In one word, I received the incorrect delivery information twice in one week. It made me spend one afternoon to deliver it on the media’s hands. And I was gone through Shanghai, from the east to west.
