Dear all:
As we know, during S6 there were some cases that some issues were not secured untill cs stage. That is not benefit to keep the TOD. To avoid such case we technicians should check the samples carefully from the beginning of developing stage. So below factors are elements for us to reduce missing issues:
1. Time: pls always leave at least 1 working day for technician to check the sample. Peak season 2 working days.
2. Keeping sample: Pls always ask supplier to send the keeping sample and to-BO samples together. Or we maybe sufer the consequences of the mistakes from suppliers. Because there is a big risk the suppliers may make the same samples in different workmanship if they make them seperately. And if no keeping sample, there will be much bigger risk for next round samples.
3. Info. on hanger tag: except fabric and lining info. we need the thread and fusing interlining info. on the hanger tag. So that we could get more clear information if buyers confirm the effects. That is benefit for reorder production. So pls kindly help to push supplier to add complete information on hanger tag. Of course when we give suppliers training we also require them to do like that. If any special case let the related merch and tech talk together to find the best solution. If the special case too often (more than 1 once 1 week) pls involve technician boss to conordiniate. Thanks.

Dear all:
As we know, during S6 there were some cases that some issues were not secured until cs stage. It is not beneficial to keep the TOD. To avoid such cases, our/the technicians should check the samples carefully from the beginning of the developing stage.

The below factors are elements for us to reduce missing issues:
1. Time: pls always leave at least 1 working day for technicians/a technician to check the sample. For peak season, please allow 2 working days.
2. Keeping sample: Pls always ask the supplier to send the keeping sample and to-BO samples together. If not, we maybe suffer the consequences of the mistakes from suppliers because there is a big risk they may make the same samples with different workmanship if they make them separately. Ithere is no keeping sample, there will be a much bigger risk for the next round samples.
3. Info on hanger tag: except fabric and lining info, we need the thread and fusing interlining info on the hanger tag so that we can get more clear information if buyers confirm the effects. That is beneficial for reorder production. So pls kindly help to push suppliers to add complete information on hanger tag. Of course, when we give suppliers training we also require them to do that/to do it like that. If there are any special cases, pls allow the related merch and tech to communicate together to find the best solution. If the special cases are too often (more than 1 once 1 week) pls include/involve the technician boss to coordinate.

Thanks.
