in august , we spent lot time on recruiting and retention for L2 engineer, one of L2engineer Ye Jianbo will resigh from FSMT end of Sep because the high cost of living Shanghai and his girl friend donot want to come to shanghai , to keep him, we made a lot eforts , we offer him a new competitive salary and help him to get shanghai Hu Kou , but he still decided to return to his hometown Chengdu city , we spent a lot time to do talent mapping for this position and find right candidates to replance him , we have hired one L2 engineer from competitior baosight .

In August , we spent a lot of time on the recruiting and retention for an L2 engineer. One of the L2 engineers, Ye Jianbo, will resign from FSMT at the end of Sept. because the cost of living in Shanghai is high and his girlfriend doesn’t want to move here. We put in a lot of effort to keep him, like offer him a new, competitive salary and help him get Shanghai Hu Kou, but in the end he still decided to return to his hometown, Chengdu. So, we spent a lot time on talent mapping for this position and finding the right candidates to replace him. As a result, we have hired one L2 engineer from our competitor, Baosight.
