Because of I don’t know how to speak phonetics right, I am afraid of speaking new words.I think it’s a big problem.I don’t know how to do .In addition, I want to improve my education about English, which useful exams or certificates I need to get？ They are beneficial for finding a new and great job or getting large raises.So please give me an suggestion.
