As it is vividly depicted in the drawing, many graduates are facing the hard choices, which are about working、taking part in the postgraduate entrance exams 、going abroad for study or opening theirs new companies. Just as the caption indicates, the last class of graduates should be how to recognize themselves and make a further plan for their life after graduation.

The fact, the kind of phenomenon is not uncommon nowadays in our society. Considering the significance of the present situation, it is necessary to point out the causes behind it. The primary factors lies in cognitive differences. Because graduates still work using the habit learning from school, when they work as an intern in social companies. Nevertheless, lots of work are completely different process and habits. On the other hand, nowadays is an open and multi-opportunity environment, where many ways all can achieve success. Surely, there are more factors driving the situation as well, for example: domestic competition、oversee mindset etc.

From my perspective, it is particularly important that we should take actions from two sides’ efforts. One is that setting up the class of career planning, another one is to make close connection of knowledge between learning from school and working in the company. Hope it helps to deliver graduates into the society.
