Working collaboration

Of all the components depicted in the drawing, the most eye-catching is that two people all just have a single leg, but when they hug with each other they became a small two-person team. They can go all over the world. Hence, what the picture intends to imply is working collaboration that even though everyone maybe have a little bit disadvantages, putting them into a whole team, the effect of complementary will happen.

In fact, this kind of phenomenon is no uncommon nowadays in our society. Considering the significance of the present situation, it is necessary to point out the cause behind in. Firstly, this phenomenon could be attributed to opening thought. More and more people and companies understand that team-work is more effective and useful work method. Secondly, everyone has different idea and skill, they can complement to finish a goal together. for instance, one person has business skill, another person has English skill, if they work together, they can make the trade in the global marketing.

To working collaboration, in my mind, it calls for the efforts from all sides. From my perspective, it is particularly important that we should take actions. Try to make a small team to working. In the meantime, I personally believe that this skill not only can help me grow up faster than normal individually working skill, but also you can secretly learn other people’s skill or mindset when you are talking.
