Whether team work is necessery skill for young people ?

As the generation after 90s, we are only child in our family, we always paly alone, learn alone, grow up alone and sad alone. We should learn how to independent. In order to stand out in a group of young perople, we pay more and more efforts, but sometimes the results are not as good as we expected.

We lost another necessery skill, which is team cooperation. There is a old saying that one people must has a teacher in tree people. First, I believe that everyone has his own opinion and perspective. Second, lots of people cooperate to complete one project, it will more effective and using less time，for instance, one 2-week(80 hours) project, i should spend 2 week. If i have a 5 people team, everone just spend 2 days. The last one point, different people has different direction view, they remind me that don’t be narrow.I always trapped by myself because i just think about what i care about, not full of picture.

So let start to lean cooperate with other young people, to see the possibility of world.
