Many conditions need to be further confirmed， but i worried about the tone and the expression of wording.

But there are some things need to be further confirmed with you.

1. As we communicated and mentioned in the call, you would offer me 13 months salary.
But the offer in the mail mentioned only 12 months salary. I am not sure is that the misunderstanding or the final confirmation ?
2. Do you have extra annual bonus?
2. Could you tell me the salary after tax? ( I just want to know about the tax standard you will pay for me. )
3. How long is my probation?
4. I had a personal health checkup 3 months ago. so, must I have to do the health checkup again？
