Today, the hot news article is United Airlines(UA) removed an Asian customer violently from flight because they must follow the overbooked rules. UA overbooked his tickets and asked 4 passengers to leave with the compensation of $400/person, but no one wanted to leave for waiting another days’ flight even UA increased compensation to $800/person. In the end, UA said they choice 4 passengers randomly with the computer. An Asian customer, he refused to leave that he said he need to go home for a surgery to his patient tomorrow. Bystanders took the video, in which securities of UA dragged him on the floor to leave the flight, and other passengers were blaming to their behaviors.
