I don’t like the 996 this working way, because I think every people need to have holiday or take break in week. I think 996 is not good for people to balance their life and work. I don’t think there are any advantages. I think corporation advantage is have more productivity, but it’s not healthy for employees.  If you work time too long, we cannot focus on our work. Every people need to take break from their work. Some people do it because they need to earn many cash and money to live in Shanghai. The life level is too high. I have lived China for 2 years, last 2 years I lived in Beijing.
