Q: Describe a difficult situation you’ve met at work.
A: When I came in to L P, my first position at WPH. When I come into this position, the most difficult thing is the sales is negative in 2019. So my responsibility is change the sales from negative to positive. After the daily analysis, I found the unique visitor is slow down in 2019. So I think I should increase the visitor esp newcomers to come to VIP.com. So my solution is fight for some resource inside our company, like superstar assets or social media to invest into VIP. Finally, we used the resource to exchange some inside resource from VIp. After a period of time, we increased the UV and achieved a better result. About twenty increase. My boss think me as a new employee can achieve the better result in a very short time.

A: When I joined Loreal Paris, my first position is to work with VIP as an ecommerce assistant manager. When I come into this position, the most difficult thing to deal with/the biggest difficulty was that the sales was negative in 2019./the negative sales numbers in 2019. So my responsibility was to change the sales from negative to positive/reverse/save the negative numbers. After the data analysis, I found the unique visitor number decreased by 30% in 2019. So I think I should increase the unique visitor number, especially the newcomers number to VIP.com./I think to increase sales, it’s essential/important to invite more visitors, esp newcomers, to VIP. com. So my solution was to seek help internally, getting resources like superstar/celebrity assets or social media to invest in VIP. Finally, we used these (connection to previous sentence) resources to exchange for some inside resource from VIP. After a period of time, we increased the UV number and achieved a better result./we increased the UV number with success. About twenty % increase.
My boss think me as a new employee can achieve the better result in a very short time.
