My job is HR , my boss is Spanish so I want to learn English because if I communicate with him I need to use English and our hand office is in Spain so if I need communicate with them I also use so I want to improve my spoken English. call or meeting.

writing is just ok but not good enough, my spoken English is harder. My mind is Chinese so if I speak English not transfer. so it is difficult
