For me I come here to fix the spoken English problem because in the former life I think I don’t need to do something.
I don’t have the chance to use it in daily communication but the last year I switched my job to a global brand company and when I joined I found English is necessary in my career if I want to development my career in this type company and I want that because the good educate college and big business picture and high pay and life balance it is all I want so I want to do that.
For now I think I have two problems in the spoken English skills is the biggest one is vocabulary. Lack of the vocabulary is the most problem in speaking English skill.
My communication skill is one of my advantage but in daily chat I cant find the word to say and I can find some word to replace it but in the work I cant do that

Sometimes I talk to foreigner and I cant find the right word and stuck and it makes me nervous.
Then you will avoid to speak and it is the end. So I cant find the right way to do that because memory is not an advantage and I am not a bookworm.

Another problem is the logic to speak. we will talk English with Chinese logic but I don’t think this problem is the most problem because It won’t influence you cant speak it is just you cant speak well.

My former boss told me that too many persons can do it well in the work but a little bit part of persons can speak it up in English.
I can see my former boss and my boss now just because they go to the UK to study and the well education history and speak English is well and they will get promoted very quickly/
