speaking  and writing are difficult. I always watch English TV shows but I don’t speak and I don’t write so it is harder for me / it is more difficult

• a compliment / ice breaker (I hope this email finds you well / I hope you had a nice week end/ …)
• the reason for your email ( I am writing to you about the test results … / I am writing to you regarding the results …)
• a call to action ( please send me the results from your lab / would you mind sending me the results from your lab…)
• a closing message (I am looking forward to hearing from you / I look forward to your response )
• signature (best regards , your name)

Practice : write an email to John Smith from ABC to send him the clinical research results as PDF
