She took me face to face

talk with me see who am I
I already get the offer I think the process.
Listening is not very good, I am afraid the French have some accents so I am anxious.
Also I am afraid because my English is not very good so I will maybe impact my regular work.
And also because my title is VP it is high level and my team members have good English.
But they think my background is good so they hired me.
Future I will more focused on the management some people will help me do ppt.
Current company our paperwork is use English. level is not very good but they can understand what I said.
Future I also want to improve my writing level, a lot emails.
Sometimes I write emails maybe will spend a lot of time. I will think how to translate this into English.
When I speak I just translate.
Sometimes I say some words no logic.
If it is for some my technical vocabulary I can write or speak but the normal maybe about some life I cannot say.
Like last time the interview is online but the connection is not good. I don’t know how to say in the other way because the voice is not clear.

In the Future I will be more focused on the management and some people will help me do ppts/ I will delegate ppt to my staff / I will have an assistant to help me with ppts.
In my current company I will English for my paperwork. / In my current company we use English for all our paperwork / for all written communication.
My level is not satisfactory but they can understand what I said.
in the future I also want to improve my writing level, because I write a lot of emails.
Sometimes it takes me a lot of time to write emails.
I will think how to translate this into English. / I will first think in Chinese and then translate to English.
When I speak I just translate.
Sometimes I say some words without a logic. / sometimes my syntax is not correct

When I talk about a technical topic I don’t have vocabulary issues but I may encounter some on daily life topics /life related topics.
Like last time the interview was online but the connection was not good/ was not stable / was unstable. I didn’t  know how to say it in another way / I kept repeating the same sentence.
Because the voice was not clear / I couldn’t hear them clearly
