A: I think I changed my work this time is an important decision for me. Because due to the now is the COVID 19 pandemic, maybe most of people, they want to look for the stable work. But if you want to bravery, so before I make this decision, i discussed with my family and my friend several times, and I would like to let them give me some advice. It’s still hard to make decision, because my current company is a very good company, my future … we will join them … However, after several round interview with the new company, I thought I’m very match for their position, where they want to hired. I think my new boss also very gentle man, and the work surrounding also very good. So finally, I got the offer… Actually, because I have considered a long time, finally I decided to join this company.
