Beginning this year i involved in a project, their business model is , sell to slightly smaller buyers. My involvement like chief operation manager, i don’t really have a title, do a bit of everything, product manager for the development of the app, which will be used in platform, for our buyers to purchase as well as the suppliers to put their inventories on. And also, in charge of recruiting, I purchased a service from 51job and i interview people when i have time. I do procurement as well, I go meet suppliers and persuade them to give the inventory to us. A bit of everything, it’s a company going from just doing business as a small enterprise to a business which is organized and its to its first round of financing. When I left it three months after, I have a company structure set up and the apps 70% down and it’s just a more organized place, but I left it because the project I’m working  is more important.

Since I joined the project 3 months ago, the company’s structure has become streamlined with the creation of specific positions and departments, and the app is 70% done and it’s just a more organized place, but I left it because the project I’m working  is more important.
