– Works in supply chain management/Business focused/lacks speaking practise but listens to English meetings/Usually translates what others say into Chinese

– Have lots of conversation practise to improve accent and get rid of Chinglish/Teach native expressions for work situations (small talk, meetings) 

– Never learnt grammar so teach him the basics of grammar to make sentences + get rid of Chinese logic 

-Focus on: Role-play meetings/presentations/client exchanges/Business emails/Small talk/Formal language/work vocabulary/Watch videos to familiarise with different accents
