– listening & speaking, uses BBC radio now to practice listening (subtitles are ok but without he can’t understand), used to work for a WOFE, self correction, slow down and focus on the correct way to make sentences (grammar), pronunciation: AEIOU movement plus some R, L, W

Vocabulary

hearing = your ability to use your ears to find sounds
eg. My hearing isn’t very good = my ears have a problem
listening = to hear something and understand it
eg. My listening isn’t very good = It’s hard to understand people when they speak

I use little English in communication – I don’t use English often in communication
