I wake up in 8 o’clock in the morning, then I and my friend eat breakfast in the restaurant. Then, we played outside which hotspring. We had lunch in island.

I woke / got up at 8 o’clock in the morning / AM, then my friend and I / me and my friend ate breakfast in a restaurant / went to a restaurant for lunch. Then, we went out to a place which was a hotspring place. After that, we had lunch on an island.
