i woke up at 830 am and i bathe and brush my teeth and i left at 930 and i went to work spent the rest of the day chit chat thing with my colleagues and also attend a lunch and long training session and afterwards i realised i got distracted from my work and i start to focus on my work.

i woke up / got up / got out of bed / my day started at 830 am and i had a shower / showered and brushed my teeth. And then / following that / after that, i left at 930 and i went to work / I went to the office and throughout the day I spent my time chit chatting with my colleagues and also attended a lunch and learn training session and afterwards i realised i got distracted from my work and i started to focus on my work.
