I get up at 7 o’clock AM and go to working at half 8 AM. When go to the office I make coffee and then turn on computer, look at email 2 hours. At 11:30 AM I eat lunch.

I got up / woke up at 7 o’clock AM and then / after that I went to work at half past 8 AM. When I went to the office / to work I made myself a cup of / some coffee and then turned / switched on my computer, looked at / checked my emails for around / about 2 hours. At 11:30 AM I ate / had lunch.
