first im self motivated and i always achieve my targets even when im facing difficulties like in 2016 when im pregnant i also over achieved my sales target, and second i think im good and smart. i work hard and i also work smart. i come up with new ways or new solutions to my customer to make them satisfied and i also think of new ways and new approaches to my customer, and all this helps in my work.
