Strategies when answering difficult questions :

1 : agree with the question being good to gain time / relate with the concern / spirit

2 : I’ll get back to you on that

3 : answer with a specific example which supports the argument

4 : put it in relationship with other dimensions  / generalize

5 : open up on a different topic

6 : mention a specific example and admit not knowing exactly on some occasions

7 : connect emotionally when applicable (it is also a problem I face…)
